England : Neither The Trophy Nor The Medal Is Coming Home

England have finally ended their World Cup campaign by coming fourth after they were defeated 2-0 by Belgium in a thrilling game on Saturday.

All hopes was high when the three lions qualified for the sem-ifinal in the ongoing football fiesta in Russia and the song which had become English fan's anthem - ''Football is coming home, it's coming home''became stronger and almost looked a reality until Croatia ended their dream of winning the world Cup.

A bronze medal would have been a good reward for their effort but that also got out of their reach as a more determined Belgian team eventually took few out of their many scoring opportunities.
