Although the move is loathed across America's political spectrum, Trump seems to have started a kind of romance which looks as new direction in America's international relations a departure from a recent past while others do not agree that is the right direction for the country.
Analysts are of the opinion that although Trump's charm might give Beijing a course to adjust their current disposition, the long term relationship between Beijing and Moscow is strong and something that cannot be easily troubled by the sudden and unreliable American romance.
But while Trump’s charm offensive might cause Beijing a twinge of unease, given its tumultuous history with Moscow, in this love triangle, Putin and Xi are linked by strategic necessity, plus genuine personal affection, analysts said.
